Product Return/Exchange Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority, so every product is scrutinized thoroughly before it is shipped out. If we have missed something, and what you received isn’t what you ordered, or there is a problem/defect with your product, please contact a member of the H2o team. We will assist you with any concerns that you may be having.

 

Apparel

 

Refunds:

All sales transactions are final. We are not able to give refunds. Once an order is placed, your contest entries are automatically and immediately submitted to our sweepstakes affiliate company, to alter any orders would be considered tampering with the sweepstakes, and is unacceptable .

Exchanges:

We welcome all exchanges. Any item you would like to exchange for another size or style must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition. Customer is responsible for shipping product to ELE-Mental Covers. Where we will inspect the item being exchanged & resend the exchanged item to you for free. You can exchange merchandise for any item or items of equal value, or you may increase and pay the cost increase. We cannot approve any downgrade that would result in a refund. As above mentioned, the contest entries cannot be altered or rescinded.

All exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of purchase. Any issues with defective merchandise must also be reported within 60 days of the date of purchase for warranty replacement. After 60 days, we have no further liability.

Please send all exchanges with a printout of the original invoice and copies of any correspondence you have had with Customer Service. Please specify the name of the product you would like in exchange, and what size you would like. Include a screenshot or a picture of your receipt of confirmation with your return package or email the confirmation with your order number to Customerservice@elemental-covers.com


If you receive and item that is damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately.

Exchanges are discretionary upon inspection of item(s) when we receive your merchandise.

 

Boxers/Socks/Underwear:

Unfortunately we do not exchange any boxer, socks or underwear products due to hygiene and safety.

Covers

If you are unhappy with your order and would like to exchange or return it, please send us an email within 30 days of receiving your order and our customer support team will resolve your concerns as fast as possible. All orders are final after 30 days of the original order shipment date.

  • Orders with a Classic cover which are returned for a refund will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. This fee is in place as the Classic cover is tailored to your individual machine, it will be unlikely to be useable for another machine.
  • Orders with Lite covers which are being returned, must be returned in unworn condition for a full refund.

*Returns and exchanges must be in unworn condition, in the state which they were received, and in the original packaging or your return/exchange can be denied.

*All returns and refunds must be processed within the 30 day period of original order shipment date.

 

H2o Industries guarantees that the covers you purchase will arrive in new condition, be free of defects and will properly fit the watercraft within the product’s description. If the item that you receive fails to meet these standard criteria, H2o Industries will exchange the item at no cost.

 

*Customers have 10 business days, from the delivery date, to report a defective item. Failure to report within the required time frame will result in the item no longer being exchanged as a defect, and will instead be considered a warranty.

 

International orders

H2o Industries will happily ship outside of the United States; however, these orders are not eligible for free shipping and may be subject to customs fees, taxes or duties. These fees cannot be determined until the product crosses the border, therefore, these costs are the responsibility of the customer. All international orders are final.
