All standard orders are expected to be shipped four to five business days of confirmation from our team that they have received your order. If your order includes an item that we have to tailor to your machine (Classic or Custom covers) it will be placed into our build queue and will ship out as soon as we have completed the custom build. A member of our team can provide more up-to date information during the design and build process.

We strive to effectively build and ship all covers out in a timely and fashionable manner, providing the highest quality experience and products is our guarantee.

In most cases, no. We are effectively set up to handle the taxes and import duties on the front end of your order in most countries- and pay the duties and taxes for you.

However, there are countries and zones where we cannot offer these services. In those zones, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are not responsible for any customs and import duty charges.

It’s our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, that being said we have 2 different policies on returns:

Lite Covers- Can be returned within a 30 day window, hassle free. The covers must be in new and unworn condition.

Classic & Custom Covers- Are not eligible for return without a re-stocking fee of $200, due to the personalized and tailored nature of the cover.
HOWEVER, if the cover does not fit properly WE GUARANTEE FIT, so if you find that your cover is not fitting properly, we will send you a new replacement cover along with a return label for the cover that did not fit.

Unfortunately, all items purchased during a sale or marked at a discounted rate cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you send them back to us for a return we will not be able to process a refund.
